Please read these terms carefully before using this website or booking a consultation with Anisa Bridal Studio. By browsing the site or scheduling an appointment with us you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms.

1. About Anisa Bridal

anisa-bridal.com is the official website of Anisa Bridal Studio (“Anisa Bridal”, “we”, “us”), an atelier specialising in custom-made wedding gowns and ready-to-wear bridal collections. The studio is located at St. Sapir 5, Haifa, Israel.

2. Use of the Website

The website is intended to introduce our collections, our atelier and our services to prospective brides and the public. Use of the website is permitted to all visitors, subject to the following conditions:

• Site content may not be used for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
• Texts, images and design materials may not be reproduced or republished without appropriate credit to Anisa Bridal.
• Any actions intended to disrupt the operation of the website, its servers or other visitors’ experience are prohibited.

3. Bookings & Consultations

Bridal consultations and fittings are by appointment only. Appointments may be requested through the contact form on the website, by email or by phone. After we receive your request, a member of our team will contact you to confirm a date and time, usually within one business day (Sun–Thu).

• Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may shorten your appointment so that the next bride is not affected.
• Cancellations or rescheduling should be communicated at least 24 hours in advance, by phone or by message.
• We reserve the right to reschedule an appointment in case of force majeure and will offer an alternative time as soon as possible.

4. Custom Orders, Fittings & Alterations

Custom and made-to-measure gowns are produced to each bride’s individual measurements and design choices, and require a series of fittings at our atelier. Production timelines, the number of fittings and the agreed design are confirmed in writing at the order stage.

Because each gown is bespoke, custom orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once production has begun. Minor adjustments requested after final delivery may be subject to an additional fee.

5. Pricing & Payment

Prices for custom gowns, ready-to-wear pieces and additional services are quoted individually during the consultation. Unless otherwise stated, all prices are in New Israeli Shekels (ILS) and include VAT in accordance with applicable law.

A non-refundable deposit is required to begin work on a custom order. The remaining balance is paid according to the schedule agreed in writing at the time of order.

6. Limitation of Liability

Anisa Bridal is not responsible for any direct, indirect or consequential damage arising from the use of the website or from reliance on information published on it. Information on the website is provided as a general guide and may change without notice; we do not guarantee that all details (including availability of specific designs, fabrics or services) are complete or up to date at all times.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the website — including the Anisa Bridal name and logo, gown designs, sketches, photographs and texts — is the property of Anisa Bridal or has been licensed to us. Use of such content without our express permission is prohibited and may constitute copyright infringement.

8. External Links

The website may contain links to external services such as Google Maps, Instagram, TikTok and Facebook. These services are operated by third parties and are subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content, availability or practices of any external website.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be published on this page together with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the website after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the website or our services shall be brought exclusively before the competent courts of Haifa, Israel.
